Cuvée Located opposite the winning post and next to the Birdcage, Cuvée offers a view of the horses as they parade, race and return to scale — all from a space with both indoor and covered outdoor areas. Our package includes:

SCOTCH FILLET / 300g scotch fillet served on crispy agria potatoes, with green beans and blue cheese & caramelised onion sauce  (GFO/DFO)

LAMB SHANK / tender slow-cooked lamb shank served on creamy potato mash, with steamed seasonal vegetables and red wine jus  (GFO)

GRILLED CAJUN CHICKEN BREAST / grilled Cajun chicken breast served on smoked kumara puree, with green beans and red wine jus (GFO/DFO)

PAN-SEARED SALMON / crispy-skinned salmon on lemon & herb crushed potatoes, with bok choy, shrimp sambal, fresh lemon, and finished with crispy prawn crackers  (GFO/DFO)

ROAST MUSHROOM FETTUCCINI / fettuccini simmered in creamy white wine & roasted  mushroom  sauce with red onion, baby spinach, and parmesan (V/DFO)

TERIYAKI TOFU SALAD / seared teriyaki marinated tofu on a salad of roast mushrooms, roast kumara, tomato, cucumber, mesclun, red onion, and avocado in our house vinaigrette, served with a pita bread  (V/VG/DF)
