How to book:
Please complete the Registration Form and mail or fax to OnTrack Racing Tours on 07 5591 9555 or email tours@getontrack.com.au
Deposit Payments: Deposit payment of $1,500.00 per person should be paid by credit card; electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque on booking.
Deposit Transfers: Deposit payments can be transferred to a future New Zealand tour, provided you notify us no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the original tour. Deposit transfers must be utilised within 2 years of the original booking. Only one Deposit Transfer will be permitted. Should you fail to utilise your deposit within 2 years of the original booking, your deposit will be forfeited. Otherwise, Deposit payments are non refundable or redeemable for cash.
Balance Payments: The balance of your fare will become due 60 days prior to the first day of the tour. We will invoice you the balance due.
Cheque payments should be posted to: P O Box 8867 GCMC QLD 9726. Cheques should be made payable to ONTRACK THOROUGHBREDS.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or alterations must be received in writing to tours@getontrack.com.au
• Between 0-59 days prior to tour departure – 100% of total fare.
Travel insurance:
ONTRACK is not responsible for individual’s travel insurance. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. Luggage and personal items are at all times and in all circumstances at the owner’s risk. Insurance cover exists against circumstances such as loss and damage to luggage, personal effects and travel documents, emergency medical care, death, disability and loss of income plus personal liability.
Event information: You will be provided with comprehensive information relating the ONTRACK Racing Tours approximately two weeks before departure.
Special requirements: If you have any special dietary, cultural or health practices or if you are pregnant, it is your responsibility to inform ONTRACK at the time of registration if these needs are to be met during the tour. Whilst it may not be possible to guarantee that your needs can be accommodated, every reasonable effort will be made to do so and can only be done with prior advice.
Travel documents: Travel documents will be forwarded to your provided address approximately two weeks prior to departure by post.
Amendments: Any changes to confirmed travel bookings are subject to a minimum charge of $75.00 per booking change. Deviations from the standard travel packages may incur supplementary charges to be borne by the participant.
Unused services: Please note that no refund of any unused ground services will be made for any reason. Refund on unused airline tickets will be at the discretion of the airline and in all instances, different rulings apply.
Pricing: Costs quoted in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.Prices are subject to currency surcharges.

The Participant and Ontrack Racing Tours hereby agree that the following Terms and Conditions form part of the ONTRACK NEW ZEALAND HORSE & WINE TOUR NOVEMBER 2021 Agreement between the parties.
Definitions:
ONTRACK Racing Tours means a division of Ontrack Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd
Event Organisers means Ontrack and associated service providers.
Participant means the participant agreeing to be bound by the agreement with respect to their attendance at the Event
Tour means the ONTRACK NEW ZEALAND HORSE & WINE TOUR NOVEMBER 2021 .
Tour to be held in NEW ZEALAND from: Thursday 25 November – Tuesday 30 November 2021.
Limitation of liability & release: The Tour Organisers and their directors, employees, agents and contractors, are not liable to the delegate for any losses arising from or in any way connected with the Tour. The Participant releases and forever discharges the Tour Organisers and their directors, employees, agents and contractors from all claims, to the extent permitted by law, which the delegate may otherwise have for losses to property (including but not limited to personal property or belongings) or bodily injury or death howsoever caused, including negligence, arising from or in any way connected with the Tour.
Indemnity: The Participant indemnifies and holds harmless the Tour Organisers and their directors, employees, agents and contractors, to the extent permitted by law, in respect of any claim by any person, including but not limited to another Tour participant, arising as a result of or in any way connected with the participant’s attendance of or actions at the Tour.
Change of itinerary: The Tour Organisers reserve the right to change your itinerary or booking or part thereof due to circumstances beyond our control, but will inform you promptly by notification of these changes.
Travel insurance: It is a requirement to attend the Tour that all Participants have a valid travel insurance policy. Participants without travel insurance with the necessary minimum coverage should not attend the Tour and any Participant attending the Tour without the necessary travel insurance for them, hereby indemnifies and holds Harmless the Tour Organisers for all and any Claims which would otherwise have been covered by the Participant’s travel insurance.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing to the Tour Organiser and cancellation charges will apply. No refunds will apply on any unused portion of the package.
Credit card service fees: Credit card service fee will apply to all credit card transactions as follows: AMEX 3.5% - VISA/MASTERCARD 1.75%
Allocations: Tickets & hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The personal information provided in this registration form by you is used and retained for the purposes of contacting you with updates relating to the ONTRACK NEW ZEALAND HORSE & WINE TOUR NOVEMBER 2021. If you are happy for us to use your information in this fashion, then we simply ask you to do nothing.
